Just against bad teams
Poor saints offense don't look too bad but with a terrible defense n specials your only gonna win a little

The Patriots are not that bad as people think with overall talent. They have had talented players on defenses for several season, but their scouting and coaching up philosophy on offense was bad. And they lacked talent on offense skill positions. Their scouting and development of WR and OL talent was a big reason why Brady bolted as soon as he could.
Vrabel cleaned that up and has them on the right track. They are probably a still a year out from being a real AFC contender but they will be a tough out for many teams as the gain confidence.
