Can someone tell me the allure? Why do players wear their expensive chains, jewelry? Obviously my question is stemming from Geno's chain flailing in tonight's pre season game. They scored which was an awesome drive, so his chain didn't distract him, but you could see him messing with it after every snap.

im on older end of millennial.. more like a xennial.. and even im out of touch with that crap terminology. My 13yr niece who lives with us will say stuff like that and Im soooooo lost.

But back on topic: the jewellery thing seems like a way to become a target to try and piss someone off look at the fight between talib and crabtree (i think) where one ripped the chain from the other.
