Maybe it's just me, but I find stuff like this to be the ultimate compliment.

I'm creating another petition... and it really needs some signatures, if you would like to help out

PETITION to enforce San Francisco 49er Fans to not be total Whiners on every board at every possible opportunity.

This includes but not limited to:
Managing to find their way into any online blog and trash talking any article about a Seahawks win that doesn't even mention the 49ers
Ignoring actual Stats and still saying something sucks just because
Applying Stats from 15 years ago to anything relevant today
Boasting how they will crush the Hawks when it simply hasn't happened in years
Citing Previous Superbowl Wins as to why they are better (even though this current team has not won anything since...well?)
Thinking they are somehow better humans because Joe Montana won a trophy (Hey I liked Montana too, when I was 10)
Mentioning PEDs about any Hawk in the news when their players pull knives and smoke enough pot to result in hitting a tree on the way to practice (that's on the way to practice folks!)
and the last reason...Jim Harbaugh

This is pretty funny. I received a new comment on a little blog I run today as well...seems the Whiners are out in force after last nights game gave them nightmares. I did a little piece on the older couple from San Fran that started all this crap earlier this season. Here's how 9er fans think. I like how he starts off by lying about how he doesn't have a dog in the fight and is not giving a biased opinion.

I am not a Seattle fan or hater so my comment is completely unbiased. Where it is unfair is that Seattle is able to create the noise because of it’s geographic location coupled with low clouds and low pressure system. A stadium like Miami could never make that much no matter how loud they yelled. For you to have the advantage to not allow apposing teams to audible is BS. It is sad for Seahawks cause they are a good team and it takes away from their wins, Unfortunately I have to give the MVP award to the architect of the stadium who managed to maximize the acoustics of the stadium. The reason it is different than a dome or time zone advantage is because those teams have to play games outside at some point or travel westward. Seahawks will never have to play in the same type of noise pollution as their opponents, When you are literally making it impossible for a QB to change the play to react to a defensive lineup you are affecting the game, and taking away from the talent. If all teams had the capability to create the same volume it would be different, I have been to Century Link Field, showed up early and I could hear people talking 100 ft away.

Now I live in Florida but have had the pleasure of attending a game in the Hawks Nest a couple of years back...and I'm not so sure about the hearing someone from 100 feet away. I've also sadly attended a game or two at Joe Robbie or whatever the hell it's called now in Miami, and the weather or low clouds or whatever the hell this genius was trying to come up with isn't the main difference as to why their stadium will never be close to as loud. The stadium sucks and the seats are so far from the field you have to use frickin' binoculars to see wtf is happening on the field.

But what Miami does have is a wide open stadium, with no shade, located in the middle of a swamp. They wear their usual Away White Uniforms and force teams from colder regions to wear their dark jerseys. 98% Humidity, and 94 degrees is an incredible advantage for the home team. As much or even more than southern teams playing in the cold. I just don't get what these people want in the "search" for fairness. Where does it stop?

I'm not sure how many of you remember, but back in the 90s, they used to call 5-yard delay of game penalties to the home team for excessive crowd noise.
Until they gave up because it made us get even louder. That attempt was an epic fail. I remember being at a game where they threw the flag at the 12th man. We started really roaring. Then the ref chastised us again and threatened another penalty.

Suffice it to say, by the time the play was finally run, the Kingdome was louder than it had ever been. They just made the situation worse. We all screamed our heads off.

Giant FU to the NFL that day, I'll never forget it.
