The ONE play I hated was the pass at the 3 yard line. I want the Beast with the ball at that point and I do NOT understand him not getting it. This is 2 weeks in a row now, c'mon Bevell.

I totally agree. While it would be unfair to expect Bevell, or any other OC, to call the perfect game, some things you just don't mess with. I get the impression some people think pounding the ball or playing a power style of offense, is solely for the purpose of attaining a score. There's more to the art of ground and pound than that and 1st and goal from the 3 is the perfect time to impose your will on the other team....to compromise their very spirit. Yes, they D knows it's coming...it's up to the O to step up and say..."yes, we are going to run this ball down your throats and you will not stop us from doing so". That sets a tempo and sends a message that getting cute just won't do.

In the end, we won and that is what matters. But always remember the old adage "when you pass, only 3 things can happen, and 2 of them are bad".

Imthought Bevell called a great game. Stuck to the run, implemented a short passing attack. He can't win with this crowd.

The final numbers show that, but Lynch only had 10 carries before our final TD drive in the 4th Quarter. The numbers were vastly changed by him using Lynch like crazy in the final drive and OT.

So Wilson's and Turbin's runs don't count, and Bevell should be held accountable for Lynch missing portions of the game with stomach issues?
