Even a mild sprain involves some tearing. We're all hoping it is mild. He didn't seem to be in severe pain and he was standing around along the sideline before they carted him off. With any luck he'll be OK soon.

On DK’s knee. Great news
Yea - they said xray was negative -

THEN:

Both PC and Geno said codewords in their post game pressers.

Stuff like: "To cover for DK's absence". "If he's sidelined for a period". Stuff like this.

Could be just word salad - but I'm 50/50 if there's a bigger problem here. Brace yourself for a potential outage.

what was with that field yesterday? SEVERAL guys getting injured. They spend over a billion on that stadium and can't put down a good surface? I doubt I'm the only one who was immediately thinking of that crap injury waiting to happen in Arizona.

Go Hawks. THE CURRENT ONES
Soulfish you getting upset about Russ talk again?!?! Let it go little buddy! People are going to talk about him this year! You need to accept that. Your obsession is unhealthy. As I've said before, I can help provide you with therapy if need be.

I don't care at all. I find it entertaining. Lighten up, Francis. Everything about you screams therapy.
Every time he is brought up you tell people to let it go! I'm starting to think you are a Team 3 Plant! How much is RWs PR paying you? You do a better job then John I'll admit that. Your job is just to kill discussion about Russ all together. It's a tough ask! Sad!

After seeing him smiling on the cart I think worst case here is sprained knee.

Medic, you watched the play. Think it is a tear?
I didn’t see anything that makes me suspect that but…. it’s impossible IMO to diagnose from just watching. Bad ligament injuries happen from less, worse things visually happen that don’t tear things up at all.

The one thing that gives me hope here is…DK’s demeanor, he didn’t appear to be very concerned, smiling in fact.
MRI will tell for sure.
The bad part is, even a minor actual tear will probably need to be addressed surgically, and that means some down time. I’d guess 6 weeks at best.

Talk about it 24/7 Welsh, doesn't matter. He's gone and I'm glad, very glad. So many losses by the Donks, love it so much.
