It's going to be exciting to get him out there.
Yesterday it was reported he was running at Vmac.

I disagree. I think we need to open the offense up again like we did the 2nd half of last season. We're 4-1 in spite of being very predictable on offense, if this continues and the defensive turnovers dry up, then we're going to be in close games with mediocre teams that have no business being close.
Mr Bevell I presume? We opened it up in the 2nd half against the Colts, and, well.
Against teams like the Rams or Colts, just do what works.
This. We're a run first team and need to continue to pound the ball with Beast Mode. I love seeing Russ ball out on D's but if it aint working, dont continue to force the issue.

TE Kellen Davis if Miller is healthy.
Or the easiest cut to make for space for Harvin would be Quarterback B.J. Daniels. He is kind of a wasted roster spot. The Seahawks can operate with only 2 quarterbacks. Wilson is tough, but in the unfortunate event that he gets hurt, T.Jack is hands down the toughest quarterback in the NFL. You just can't hurt the guy.
