Patriots not Picking up Revis' Option

Doesn't surprise me in the least Revis is, was, and will always be all about the dollars. He will get some nice offers but nobody would have ever paid him 20M. Wouldn't be surprised if Philadelphia among the expected suspects (Oakland, Jacksonville etc.) threw their hat in the ring.

Still Avril, Bennet and others upfront with Sherman and Revis........lol it would be so much fun especially when you throw in everyone else on that defense

We could probably get away with it for one year, but once the new contracts of Wilson and Wagner kick in next season, it would be impossible to keep him. He's getting up there in years, and I don't think he'd want to take another one-year type deal as he did with the Patriots....especially now that he has his ring. I would think he'd be looking for something a little more long term now and I'm sure there are teams out there willing to oblige that moreso than we can afford.

I honestly think they could, and it would be epic. But no way could we afford was Revis wants. He's a money guy, not a team guy. That doesn't fit in here.

i would laugh if we got Revis..just play press and they would have nowhere to throw

I could see him signing with the vikings....they need another CB next to Rhodes and have a decent ammount of cap room
