Denver is using the Seattle model. A low-priced underrated QB that frees up money for numerous skill positions. If their QB can pull it together, the Broncos will be dangerous.

True that.
What time is it there Falcon?

I need to update my location I see. I'm out in Phoenix, Arizona teaching the young pups how to fly the F-16. Much more relaxed than the Korea grind.
Congrats for being stateside again. My apologies for being in Cardinal land however. 8)

Still unbelievable how a spear hit to the head was offset by the ball not reaching the line of scrimmage. Free shot at the QB and the Broncos got away with it

They didnt get away with anything. If not for the shot to the head, Cam's grounding would have cost them 10 plus yards.

Besides, off-setting penalties have been around, well, forever. Just how it goes.

I think the point is.. personal fouls shouldn't be offset by an intentional grounding foul.

I agree with you 100 percent. It just feels dirty "morally" to have it offset.

Thank you! There are worse places to be. At least I get to see the Hawks play once a year. I fly a Seahawks flag in front of my house, have a 12th man flag blazing in the garage and sport a Seahawks license plate. I'm not afraid to represent the Hawks in enemy territory.

So how do you handle such a situation?

Besides, The intentional grounding might have been more damaging than the personal foul. Its not like a personal foul was offset by a false start.

After what Marshall did during the opening...Screw the Broncos
Out with a concussion? Karma.
You forgot to add a sarcasm tag. I refuse to believe someone deserves a concussion for a peaceful protest

Some of our fellow Seahawks fans (like those two) are animals, unfortunately. It sucks, but it is what it is.

Gano always chokes when I watch him line up for important kicks. I'm going to draw the conclusion that I should watch any important kick Gano takes this year.

I actually like Phoenix, went to spring training a couple of times in the late 90's for the Mariners, and the people couldn't have been nicer. Vegas also has a ton of Hawks fans.

It's not the worst enemy territory either. Like fifty percent of the football fans there rep the Cowboys or Steelers anyway, and that's even when the Cards are decent.

I've been to a few Cardinals games when they played at Sun Devil Stadium, and the opposing team's fans always showed in huge numbers.

Was it the Rams or 49ers a few years ago that had 3 penalties on one play, but they were offset by 1 penalty against us? Stupid as hell.

Oh, it was the Rams implosion game in 2013 where they had a ton of unsportsmanlike conducts and late hits. Vintage Fisher-ball.

I totally agree with everything you said. A VERY high number of Phoenicians are transplants that came for the weather (what were they thinking :240039: ). While the cost of living is much better than the Northwest, 118 degree days just aren't my forte, especially when I'm wearing a fire-proof flight suit, a g-suit and harness.

Yeah, the summers are death, but the winters are great. Seventy degrees and sunny every day.

Unfortunately, the winter only lasts from like around Thanksgiving to the beginning of March. As you'll find there are two seasons, not four. Dead-hot summer (March to mid-November) and pleasant winter (late-November to the end of February).

A personal foul, especially a head-to-head shot, should override any penalty other than another personal foul call.

Also hate how on 3rd and forever a 5 yard penalty results in a first down. But thats a separate rant ;)

Wasn't it a 4th and 21?

4th and 21 and a mutual contact foul at the LOS gives them a 1st down.

The fact the NFL continues to ignore this riiculousness is...ridiculous.
