There was one team I wanted to avoid in the playoffs just because the downside of losing to them would be utterly awful. ONE TEAM.

The Seahawks have more talent, but in one game, you've got the refs, you've got random luck...can we play them best of five? We'd win that one 100%.

Their defense has been horrible all day, LB's out of run lanes, not containing the Kraepper, hardly any QB pressure, and horrible coverage.

If you want to be on the better end of the rivalry you have to take the bull by the horns. I completely understand your concern and I halfway feel that way as well, but I'm more excited for the fact of BEATING them and sending THEM home.

just like the Saints did yesterday trying to match the Seahawks scrappiness, seems like the Panthers came in too worried about trying to match the 49ers physically/intensity that they miss simple assignments.
