How long have the Bills coaches, QB, etc. had to get to that point?

Solid point. But I'd say that's not the norm with most teams who are completely transitioning and rebuilding.

Plus MacD is a first time HC while Quinn is not.

Coaching doesn't suck, but he isn't doing the best job. Team is so undisciplined. Wonder how long of a leash this coaching staff has?

Huh. I guess Quinn didn't need 2-3 years to "get his guys". And the Commanders were a worse team than the Seahawks were last year.

Quinn is new in Washington this year, MM could have brought in staff who actually had experience but he decided to go rookie. You are proving my point…Washington was worse then the hawk and this year they would destroy the hawks

I have to admit I was enamored with the idea of a genius defensive minded coach in Mike Macdonald too
