The guy isn't saying Wilson isn't the real deal. He is saying he hasn't had to do as much and carry his team as the others have on a weekly basis. And you know what....he's right!! OMG am I gonna get banned?

Those poor Cards fans...that's a long walk out of an enemy stadium after watching your team get gutted 58-0.

Yeah, I was at The Game in `79.

The Rams debacle at the Kingdome? My Dad went to that game...he came home a changed man lol.

I think we had negative total yardage in that one.

That's not it. It's a fair point, but what he missed is Wilson's development down the stretch - as those who took exception have pointed out repeatedly in this thread.

His lazy usage of the cliche game manager phrase (which is a nice way of saying a QB isn't really good) sandbags any change he had at making a good point.

"Game managers" don't tie Peyton Manning's rookie TD record, nor do they pass for 385 yards in a playoff game on the road, nor do they lead their teams back after trailing 14-0 and 20-0 in road playoff games.

It's obvious he didn't watch Wilson.

this is awesome, people are totally entitled to their opinion, I think personally Andrew Luck is better than RW, and Russ is the 2nd best young QB.

I really don't like hearing he in a game like Chicago they only scored 23 points, so it wasn't that impressive. Or he was last in attempts, which by definition makes him a game manager. I don't like judging NFL players by DEFINITION, on 710 he said something like, "Wilson is praised and Alex Smith is Torched for putting up the same stats." Alex Smith was awful for five years so everyone knew he wasn't a great QB.
Another thing I hate is docking "points" from Russell because he had a better team. Maybe, just maybe they were so good because of Wilson, was marshawn a great RB when he had tavaris handing it off, was Max Ungar an all pro center making the calls for T-jack, was golden tate a good WR when TJ was throwing the ball to hm.
So yes, pls watch the games then write articles about that team/player/FO/coach ETC.
