Could have had ramzyk or foster but chose meaningless 3rd round picks wich probably wont amount to anything in the NFL. Great job pete and john, enjoy watching wilson get destroyed again because thats whats gonna happen.

would of been nice to get ramcyzk...have a feeling we get the worst draft grade this year...damn we needed a good draft too...

just wait til the 3rd, JS has a plan, which i believe is to have every single pick in it.

It would be interesting to look at the draft thread from 3 or 4 years ago, see which players everyone was clamoring for, and how good those players actually are today.

So Foster was an injured Olineman? Not an injured LB?

You really view them as meaningless?

...really?

What's your thoughts? You were obviously scared of us drafting Melifonwu, guessing you had other hopes but now those are gone. Who do you want now?

Hawks have 6 picks tomorrow (at the moment) and all of my favorites still on the board.

The Hawks have a great shot at Obi, Budda or King. Then have another 2nd and four 3rds. This is going to be a great draft for the Hawks and they didn't have to trade Sherman.

So Sherman, Chancellor, Russell Wilson, were all meaningless and more so since two were after the 3rd, they must have been throw away picks.

Assuming the Hawks didn't have a first round grade on Foster, we gave the Niners very little for the trade. He would have been taken before we had a second round pick.

Only thing I don't like about it is losing the fifth year option.

I like the Hawks approach. Always makes me feel like the adult is in the room.

Who have the seahawks taken in the 3rd round the past 2 years that is good besides tyler lockett? They needed ramzyck badly just watch them pick some trash lineman in the 3rd or 4th who gets demolished by chandler jones and everyone else. Or some corner who wont ever make the team or will be injured all season long.

Foster
Obi
King
Ramzyck

They could have had either of those guys and got jack shit. Sorry im just not impressed.

Theres still players on the board that some people were comfortable taking at 26 but now we get them and picked up a haul... what's not to like?

Obi, King, Budda, Willis, Lamp, Robinson,

SO many!

Those picks happened years ago. Who have they picked in the later rounds the past 2 years?

Dude, they can STILL get Obi, or King...or Budda. Wilson and Witherspoon are out there.

The draft board is still stacked. The Hawks are gonna leave with a bushel basket of talented players tomorrow.

Prosise looks to be a find, Vannett had player in front but looked good in pre season, has looked serviceable when given the chance, that is saying a lot given our Line right now.

Besides after one year it's always hard to grade every player.

So next rant?

It's actually only one pick. The packers, then us at the top of round two.

well the 3rds do offer some flexibility to move up in the 2nd with our own pick or possibly even add one. It may not be as dire as you're taking it right now. The biggest issue at the moment is the 3 hours of my life I want back from watching this to not get any picks done.

The Hawks #1 choice is still there. This is exciting. 6 picks tomorrow and 5 on Saturday. Like JS said it's going to be a fun weekend.
