Learned from the Pete Era when you lose multiple coaches and front office people the chemistry becomes different, losing Richard and Norton, then Quinn and getting Norton back and losing Austin. Firing OC's and rotating position coaches or promoting before they were ready,
This year we have I think five members being interviewed between the Coaching and front office staff. I enjoy the fact they are being recognized as well as Mike and John for their assembly. Just don't want to lose them all in one shot.
Would like to see if we can make a few runs first.
