Yes comparing mahomes to Geno is that bad. There not even remotely close lol. People who aren’t thrilled by Geno by definition aren’t looking past box scores too? You frame it so only your side is right and the other side can’t be and not only that you question their motives and integrity by doing so. That’s not fair to them just as it’s not fair when it’s directed at you.

You have a tendency to say your side is always more reasonable, less emotional, more objective etc but the other side feels the same way and the truth is neither side is any better than the other. Your bias, as does theirs, blinds you in seeing the fault of your side.

And yes before it’s stated, I can be guilty of this too, we all can.
Why are you mischaracterizing what I'm saying?

I didn't compare them - I stated a fact about them having the same TD/INT ratio to explain why that's a bad stat to use to determine their overall caliber.

I'm not framing this any sort of way, dude. I question the integrity and motive of those who post shit about other posters, like the original post of this thread, which has no football analysis whatsoever in it. Literally just a taunt about something that barely exists this week, even among noted Geno fans.

I respect good analysis with deep research backing it. If someone posts a critique of Geno with some, I dunno, snips of tape or something highlighting perhaps mechanical flaws or specific instances of subpar decisions - that's dope! That's good discussion!

Questioning the motive and integrity of shit like this thread, which again, is not a football topic and instead is a taunt at a faction of posters (the key thing being that its only at a subset of posters) that dared to have an opinion that could be backed up with pretty much infinite analysts. It's BS.

Other side can feel however they want. I do not care about how they feel lol. I don't care about how "my side" feels either. You can call me biased all you want, but I eliminate bias with exhaustive research and if you want to claim otherwise about the level of research I put into my posts, you'd be wrong.

Interceptions, constantly throwing high, missing a WIDE OPEN K9 for a TD à la Me3. Just an awful game for Geno. Niners are clearly in his head.

If I misread your post then apologies. I’m still going to argue the super pro Geno crowd is just as guilty of this as the Geno haters. It’s not even debatable. That doesn’t mean every pro Geno poster but many of them. So maybe you’re not but many are and you just don’t see it, doesn’t mean it’s not happening.

I’m called a Geno hater all the time on here even though multiple times tonight I’ve argued against replacing him. I’ve argued he’s played great and I think he will play better moving forward.

I’m done arguing it and you’re free to disagree.
