This is a group of disjointed players. Too many guys collecting checks and nobody holding anyone accountable. We need a big change somewhere behind the scenes. If coaches aren’t getting through then the players need to come together and work this out.

John Schneider is the one who needs to go more than anybody else. He can't put a great team together. He has proven that time and time again over the last several years. There are no scapegoats left.

Firing everyone isn’t going to solve anything. This forum presses the fire button way too often and way too quickly.

I blamed Schneider preseason -- this team's position is more his fault than anyone else. The lack of depth or even skill at multiple positions is his job. I always put him and PC together anyways.

But if you didn't fire Schneider with PC, then you probably give him another two years to try it with MM.

Hall has been awesome this year, just stop.
Not blaming Hall for all our problems. You need to read the context. I used the names in quotes because in the instance I was replying about Hall was being held accountable for a
Mistake so his name represents “people needing to be held accountable” and Reed held him accountable so his name was
Used to reference “people holding teammates accountable”.

Does Schneider get a reset with MacD? So evaluated from this year forward with a new coach, vision, etc?

We do not have anyone on offense or Defense who can step up. Gut the team.

Good grief, Overreaction Monday arrives a day early.
We gifted Buffalo 15 points that I saw (missed most of 3rd qtr) through correctable mental mistakes. Possibly more.

MMac and his staff and the players will fix this. Maybe. Just as the Hawks muff the punt.

This isn’t just about today. I’ve been seeing it for weeks. Just using that particular incident as an example for a more widespread problem that isn’t bekng handled well. We need more players like Reed to hold the players who make dumb mistakes or take plays off or get out of position too often responsible for the problems. If coaches aren’t doing it then players need to. Of players don’t a season will get out of control.

I certainly celebrated Reed getting in Hall's face, Hall thinking he's all that, makes a bonehead, bonehead play that hurts the team.

I think MMac will hold Grubb accountable for poor goal-line offense decisions; we don't have a dominant O-Line to open holes and he's handing the ball to Walker who isn't a pile mover. Maybe Grubb adapt and come up with goal-line approaches that fit the personnel.

Maybe Jones IV was brought in to be one of those guys that holds people accountable. Yeah, this whole thing was a schitt show. New coach, new coordinators, I hope they get this out of their system in a hurry. Mainly I'm noticing how many comments are "Fire Schneider!" when it's not Schneider who's responsible other than for getting better O-Line personnel who can stay healthy.
