We need more players like Reed to hold the players who make dumb mistakes or take plays off or get out of position too often responsible for the problems. I think MMac will hold Grubb accountable for poor goal-line offense decisions; we don't have a dominant O-Line to open holes and he's handing the ball to Walker who isn't a pile mover. Maybe Grubb adapt and come up with goal-line approaches that fit the personnel.
