The changes to the way they enforce holding and interference was supposed to result in more offense but I didn't realize the point was to replace offensive production with penalty yardage.

The call on Wagner was crap, and maybe one other, but most of them have been legit calls. Guess DBs can't get away with schitt they used to anymore. Is it new this year? Rule change, or just point of emphasis interpretation difference?
