Both. Its pretty much for everything left. Never charged for LAX thing. Settled out of court in the civil suits of the guys who were shot at the party.

Assuming he doesn't get in trouble again (big assumption at this point), his legal fate decided today. After that, its in the leagues hands in regards to suspension...and then he's done.

OK so my thought is. He skipped 6 games for "rehab" Goodell did say that will hold weight. No charges for the guns so basically no punishment there.

I'm thinking 4 games for the DUI. That's all. How bout them apples. Wish I was rich.

Doubt it.

I was with you before, but now seeing that the felonies were knocked down to misdemeanors (something someone who shall remain nameless said would NOT happen) and he already missed 5 weeks last year for rehab and Goodell has already stated that rehab would be taken into account.

Plus it was always a sticky situation anyway....if he were living in Arizona he'd never have even been charged for the guns.

If I'm guessing...I'm gonna say 2 games is what he finally ends up serving after appeal.

pretty much everything I've read has said that based off similar historical cases it'll probably be a 1-3 game suspension, or nothing if they ACTUALLY do consider the rehab. if its close to 6 games i will piss

Culliver is no where NEAR as important as Aldon. He didn't even see the field last year
