that was an excellent drive with no timeouts remaining. Love to see the guy succeed - except against us of course.
I think we all figured he'd eventually learn how to put some touch on the ball, but he never really did, at least as a Husky.hawk45":3r71adpx said:...I never got the hype.

He never made that big splash (minus Nebraska) that we were promised. But (and I'm sure you'll agree) he wasn't behind the hype machine. Just a quiet young man from Ferndale. He was thrown to the lions / media the day he committed. Stiil remember the full page spread calling him our savior / Golden boy / etc. Tough situation for the kid. I wish him well. Always a Dawg.
