that was an excellent drive with no timeouts remaining. Love to see the guy succeed - except against us of course.

I even went to the UW and could never find it in myself to love Locker all that much. I think it's because I heard so much talk about the guy like he was a savior and every time I watched him it was so jarring how unworthy he was of that talk. He was a big athletic dude with terrible accuracy. I never got the hype.

He never made that big splash (minus Nebraska) that we were promised. But (and I'm sure you'll agree) he wasn't behind the hype machine. Just a quiet young man from Ferndale. He was thrown to the lions / media the day he committed. Stiil remember the full page spread calling him our savior / Golden boy / etc. Tough situation for the kid. I wish him well. Always a Dawg.

I think we all figured he'd eventually learn how to put some touch on the ball, but he never really did, at least as a Husky.

I think it's amazing he's an NFL starter. Ran the Wing-T in high school, played two years with no development under Willingham and then had to learn how to be a pocket passer for the first time in his life his junior year when Sark comes in.

love Jake but he is Captain Overthrow. Were going to pick the kid off multiple times when we play him.

For sure, Jake's a great kid and he walked into a buzz saw. Should have run in the opposite direction from Willingham, poor guy.

Locker is one of the crappiest QBs in the game. Only Gabbert, Ponder, and Pryor might be worse.
