Well, as suspected playing a bottom feeding team like this year's bucs, if you're out of market, you're pretty much out of luck. Mostly only the Northwest, Anchorage and the Tampa area are getting this game. As posted in another thread, the announcers are Albert, Johnson and Siragusa

Site has updated today with two changes for Seahawks fans:

First the good - Nashville, TN went from the Philly/Oak game to the Bucs/Seahawks

Now for the Bad - Tallahassee FL went from Bucs/Seahawks to Panthers/Falcons

what are these NFL rules that don't let us get the feature game for CBS?

Coverage has been much better for the Hawks this year, only the game against Jacksonville was isolated outside of the Seattle area.

Perks with a winning team!

Does anyone know who we write to about the selection of these games?

The regional station that broadcasts in your area decides which game to air.

I do not understand, you guys can't have NFL Network on TV? They are broadcasting every single game.

At least here in France with my online NFL Network I can watch every games or the NFL RedZone. I just put my laptop on my TV with HDMi cable and put the streaming in full HD. Well it costs me nearly $300 /year.

Well, at least our coverage area isn't quite as bad as Baltimore at Cleveland.

They only offer live streaming for international customers. US customers aren't offered that service due to the US television rights which sell for billions of dollars

Wow, look at the SEA/TB game getting pushed down into Cali instead of the Oakland game. Nice.

If i'm not mistaken, I think it's because that part of California gets the Medford, OR broadcast. Unfortunately, I live just south of there.

It's part of the NFL Blackout rules. If you live within 100 miles of an NFL Stadium, you can only get that team's game if they are playing at home during that timeslot.

So Oakland and Seattle don't get the only other games playing at the same time, Pitt @ NE and Baltimore @ Cleveland which has a 1pm PT start.

An example of an exception to the rule is the Bay Area, as Oakland and SF are in the same region.

Given that this thread gives good info (links to the maps) but has little in the way of discussion (therefore causing it to tumble down the forum quickly), could we consider a sticky each week?

Sure, I could bookmark it myself but that just seems like a lot of work for me. I'd rather come to .Net to find it. ;)

I would even appreciate a sirius channel on it too. I have a computer that has its broadband access in Denver and that changes the location of what channel is used for the seahawk coverage. In the Mountains, the channel was different from the tower up there. I tried both of the basic espn channels and did not get it. I dont know the surfing channels as the system is not mine. If not...so be it.

I don't have sirius personally, so I don't know the place to go for this information, but hopefully someone who knows will see this and add to it.
