Current Line-up
Tom Scholz
Gary Pihl
Kimberley Dahme
Jeff Neal
Michael Sweet
Tommy DeCarlo
I'm afraid they need to update that "current" lineup on the website, as that is not it...
They have announced the 2014 tour but have NOT finalized the touring members for the act as of yet, so nobody knows who will take the stage.
As of the last performance in 2012, lead singer was actually Tommy DeCarlo. Kimberley Dahme was the bass player and backup vocalist on the 2012 Tour. Although she sings lead on a song she wrote that is on the second to the last album, DeCarlo (who looks a lot like Delp) sings lead and plays some of the organ parts. Michael Sweet (Stryper) was the lead singer following the Death of Brad Delp but hasn't been in the band since 2011.
For the record: All there has ever been is two, under-contract, members of the band Boston. Tom Scholz and Brad Delp. ALL the other musicians used for touring since the beginning of time have been borrowed from other bands. Saying only one original member is touring now is correct, as Delp committed suicide in 2007, but they have always just had two "original" members. Scholz hired a drummer to record the first and second albums but played every other instrument himself and Delp just did the singing. Weird, huh? The longest-standing "borrowed" band member is Gary Pihl the lead guitarist.
If I were a betting man, I'd say we are going to see Scholz, Pihl, and DeCarlo, for sure, but the rest are up in the air.
As for missing the Seattle Seahawks game to attend the concert? No way dude.
Go to the game.
