Moffittmerch what happened?

Ordered a couple of items over a month ago, got an email saying the order had been received but it was never shipped/delivered. Tried their "contact us" link and never heard back.

Curious if anybody else is in the same boat? My 6yr old wants that bright orange trucker hat! :beating:

My order for 2 T shirts took a month and a half. Placed the order 4-14 and just received them last week.

Never tried to contact them though.

I met the guys who handle the merch. It's basically a few guys with a little screen-printing operation. It's great that Moffitt hired a local small business, but yeah it sounds like they might be overwhelmed. Best to contact them and get an ETA.

everyone is used to amazon's delivery times I guess.

I'm assuming they probably don't print to order ASAP they probably get things done in batches.

Not a big deal as it's for a good cause but it would be pretty cool if they at least responded to inquiries in a timely manner. Tell me it'll be a week or a month, I don't care. Just get back to paying customers imho.

It is great he hired a small local business. It would have been real easy for him to outsource it to china or some such place, like the NFL does with their gear, but instead he's helping out the locals. Good on him! We need more of this in this country not less, and knowing this information I wouldn't mind the extra wait time. :th2thumbs:

Agree need lots more of this local buying. I mean who needs stuff within a week. Lets not buy best value fastest lets order that local product that will arrive one day.....
