Not only was I a little disappointed they cut Marsh but now I’m even more upset he signed with Arizona. He’s a good player who goes 100% all the time and a great special teams player

I WILL miss Jacob Martin though. It would have been fun to watch him develop here. I hope he tears up the AFC while playing across from J.J. Watt! :2thumbs:

I too am a big Jacob Martin fan, who is sorry to see him go. I am sure the hawks would have loved for him to stay here, but I don't think Houston was going to settle for less.

Add AC to the list also..Martin is a loss more so than other two
but they are all non stop players.

This. Mostly hype when he came in but little else. He's on his 5th team in just a few years, that should tell you something.

Meh, he did very little. I'm more bummed about Calitro, that was a shocker. Pretty fine with the other moves, but choosing Griffin over Calitro, not a fan. Maybe he'll come back, but I can't see him not getting picked up by another team. But as far as Marsh goes, he did nothing.

Marsh was higher on the depth chart than Jackson but also three times the cost. We don't have as much cap room as it looks like we do and so they went for cheaper contracts on many of the fringe depth spots this season.

Agree as well all three, Marsh, Martin and Calitro are "journeymen". I think Calitro will be back as the season wears on unless he's signed elsewhere.
