Ms go to 9 and 1 on the road and are 5 and 7 at home. Obviously tougher schedule at home so far

I feel as though the bullpen tried really hard to lose and came-up short. That's a fail at failing.

The good news is that failing at failing = Charlie Sheen Winning Duh

Haha

I think the proof for that is a series of memes.

So far this year that dumbass Bour from the Angels hs walked away from 2nd after he was called safe (granted he would have been out on review) and decided not to run out a pop up resulting in an inning ending double play.

What's everyone's thoughts on Mallex Smith?
Covers a lot of ground in the field. Someone said he has a weak arm but I don't think I've seen that.

He's struggling at the plate, but he missed all of spring training, so he's still warming up. I think he'll be a good center fielder going forward, or at least until Bishop and/or Kyle Lewis get called up.

Great clubhouse guy. He is super fast that can cover the outfield. Sub par arm and sub par bat.

Its early but his arm will always be sub par.

Kikuchi leaves after 5 with a 1 run lead. Struggled a bit there.

Now we need some insurance runs.

Coach needs to recognize when the pitchers are losing command. Its the basics really.

Instead he allows Kikuchi to get his first win. I know you hate the guy, but we are 16-8. The bullpen is full of guys we're still getting to know.

I'm glad he left Yusei in. It'll help his confidence going forward. :irishdrinkers:

Good series. To little to late today but still kept the homrun parade going with 3 in the 9th.
The Angels have a pretty good team. Ball was really carrying today. Leake is kind of an all or nothing guy. Some days he can't be hit, other days he's throwing grapefruits up there. Hard to keep Trout down for 4 days in a row.

Out here
Mallex Smith is my most disliked Mariner in the past 10 years. He's surpassed Juan Nicasio, Chris Denorfia, Donn Roach, and Ketel Marte by a long mile. He can't hit for shit, has a very weak arm, and just gave away a 2 run HR. Very playable ball, but he let it bounce right out of his mitt and over the wall. Even if he somehow turns it around here, I won't even entertain the idea of eating my crow. I'll never change my mind about him.
