Manager decision success rate

Little wonder that most all the teams in the first column currently have some of the best W/L records in the league, though I'm not sure whether it's because those teams have good pinch hitters and bullpen pitchers, or managers who make better decisions at the right time, or both:

So half the league is above average and half is below. I will never defend Dan. I like Dan but I'll never defend him, but there's some good managers in the bottom half, including one at the very bottom. When it works it works and when it doesn't it doesn't.

You could throw Aaron Judge in there up against Bobby Ayala and Bobby Ayala may get his very first major league strikeout on him and it would be considered a negative to have put in Aaron Judge.

I wonder how Ayala is doing after having whiplash, cranking his neck around every pitch because he just gave up another homerun.

Wilson is definitely not someone who adds value. His decision making is terrible, his lack of energy drives me nuts, his communication with players we have seen multiple times is non-existent. It's crazy to me in a business where teams are worth millions or billions you have a team who hires a feel good hire that has zero experience like its a local little league team. Dan seems like a great guy but he's not the right guy for the job. Someone will say you have to give someone a chance at some point but he had zero experience at ANY level.
