How about Willson having a great game?

He is progressing nicely for a late round TE.

Certainly a positive thing to look at today.

I thought he performed very well. With each reception I thought it was Miller only to realize Miller isn't that fast.

Yeah, starting to look like the future at TE is not as bleak as some thought.

He burnt Willis on that TD pass from Russell. He is a major mismatch for run stopping linebackers. I think Luke has a ton of potential and a lot of room to grow as a pass catching tight end.

I think because the Miller or any receiver just does not see the ball much. He did look good with a steady improvement all season.

Willson looked great yesterday. Get used to hearing "Wilson to Willson...Touchdown Seahawks!"

Just like Graham didn't really start to produce much in his rookie season till the last few games.....Willson is right on schedule.

He was the guy I most wanted to see this year, and his use has been limited. Love what I'm seeing though!

Hope he keeps pushing and progressing.

Nice to see Luke progressing and playing well.

He's having a rookie season quite similar to Anthony McCoy's sophomore season, which bodes well for Luke's next year and beyond.

In 2012, McCoy had 18 receptions against 27 targets (67%), 3 TDs and 13 first downs (48% of his targets).

Thus far in 2013, Luke has 16 receptions against 23 targets (70%), 1 TD and 11 first downs (48% of his targets).

Might as well throw in Miller's stats into the discussion since I've gone this far.

Thus far in 2013, Zach has 28 receptions against 45 targets (62%), 4 TDs and 17 first downs (38% of targets).

Russell Wilson will have a big impact on Luke Willsons success, because of the way that he spreads the ball around enough, that Defenses have to spread their focus on who's getting the ball, and that will allow the kid to keep getting better & better, and learn how to get even more separation, with the time to develop.

Being successful with one opportunity usually results in several more. Hopefully the Seahawks put more on his plate. If they handle this properly, I like Lx2's chances.

I agree. Russell Wilson helps all of our players with his upbeat attitude. He is a great match with Pete Carroll. I'm almost to the point that Russell can be our Offensive Coordinator as well!

If the pattern in the schedule that you have up holds through the year, we'll finish 14-2 and win the Super Bowl.

Also on topic, we may have our Joker TE of the future. Good news.

I have been waiting for him to do well. He did in that game.

He will become a force to deal with.

Yep, use the force, Luke.

Nice to see a Canuck on the roster doing well! I think he was in the Blue Jays minor system for a bit so he and Russell have baseball in common, hopefully they keep clicking.

I'm very happy for him and all our guys on the depth chart across the board making subtle impact and growing into roles. We are developing Packer type depth all over make no mistake. Our Front office is hitting well in the deeper rounds and our coaches are teaching these guys real well.

I agree. Not everything is doom and gloom.
