Pretty impressive turnaround from their first year. Didn't know 'til today that this is an NHL record for number of wins by an expansion team in its second year. And we can pad on to it yet. What would be a splendid cherry-on-top to this regular season is beating VGK at least one of the two games we have against them to finish out.

Pretty cool. Playing with house money now. As flawed as this team is with goaltending, defense, faceoffs, Powerplay and penalty kill issues, at times….they still have beaten most of the best teams this year. So anything can happen.

That assist by Matty where he dug the puck out of the scrum and found Eberle point black in front of the net was tremendous.
