Right now they probably don't have the cap room to sign IV to a new contract. They might be negotiating, and I hope they are, but nothing will get signed until the off-season and we get some clarity on the other several guys looking for new deals this year.

Jones does look like part of the solution. I'd even consider franchising him.

I hope they don't let this guy walk, He is a key type of player in MacDonald's scheme just as Queen & Smith were in Baltimore... The combo of Jones IV & Knight makes our LB'ing core look real good in future seasons..
