42 yrs old?
Keith Richards would be an upgrade over Stone. He would be a definite upgrade over Stone Forsythe. Even if he's 41 years old.
I wouldn't be so sure anymore. I've been a Stone hater for years but he's put a couple of very nice performances together since week 1.Keith Richards would be an upgrade over Stone.
To much invested in receivers none in online. About 50 mil too much in Dre. Too much in little used Noah fant. Come on Jon. Balance.
he doesnt have turf toe.,.. some necro threadedTurf Toe for Cross? First I have heard about it. Good Lord, that is a season long lingering nightmare.
Cross's toe problem was last year. This year he has been a problem for our opponents to deal with.Turf Toe for Cross? First I have heard about it. Good Lord, that is a season long lingering nightmare.
Tomlinson has been getting better at run blocking, at least. I feel like they're going to get a lot better as we continue the year.Right now, Stone Forsythe is not the real problem on the O-line. It's Bradford and Tomlinson. We've got to clean up the inside for Geno. It's disappointing that we used a 3rd round pick on Haynes and a fourth round on Bradford last year, and right guard is still a huge problem.
When the mess is this large we need to get guys in their 30s and not 40s. journeymen. Established players. Or we might as well hand out butterscotch candy without the wrappers. Wide receivers are a luxury. Its nice to have them but we can get serviceable players for less. One shouldn't skimp on the foundation. He's spent a 1st round, 2nd round and several 3rd/4th round picks on OL. That they haven't panne out as well as WR picks says more about the difficulty in identifying quality college OL than it does about investment.
I think his point was that it's pathetic we're in this position in the first place. Years of not prioritizing the Oline is how it happens.Played well each of the past two years.
I'd say it signals that they're serious about keeping the team competitive. Doesn't seem that pathetic to me.
