He's been done period and it's time that he accepts that.
His body has not recovered from the injuries he's had to
play even at practice squad level.
He made his money and should be fine at life outside the game.

Was he injury prone before he came to Seattle? Didn't know much about him until he became a Seahawk.

Injuries killed his career. Too bad. Like @Mistashoesta said, his passion was there. His body just couldn’t take the abuse. He totally had the LOB mentality. Just not the body to withstand it.

I don't like his behavior towards the end of his tenure with the Hawks.

I was on his side (you can't fault a man for injuries) until he went nuts on that doctor on the sideline and mostly when he called out that dude's wife, essentially calling her ugly.
