He wants a head coaching job. Most assistant coaches do. Even if the Hawks win the SB, if the right team's HC job opens up, Kubiak would be a fool not to take it.

Yeah, me, too. He's made a believer out of me. But he's expressed interest in a head coaching job, so there's a good chance that he's gone after this season.

I doubt NO would ask him where he wanted to go. They're gonna take the deal that makes the most sense to them imo.
