Feel free to move if this has been posted. Just interesting seeing this, especially since he admits the finger was to Pete.

Earlier today I hunted for a Ravens forum to check up on ET.
One of the threads was "Should Earl be benched?" or something like that.
Most responses indicate a distaste for ET in attitude, results on the field, and giving up sometimes on plays.

I still don't get why he wasn't happy after the team made him the highest paid FB, his 'happiness' faded after that contract. Anyways he ain't rocking it Baltimore, so this interview was just a nothing burger.

It's to bad that such a successful group on defense, had to have such crappy attitude after losing the SB. One which they gave up a 10 point lead, but only want to blame Russ and Pete.

Yeah, I'd be pretty pissed, myself.

I think the defense wanted to “blame” the coaches/ Russ because despite giving up the lead , the team still had the chance to win the second straight SB had the “right” call was called but wasn’t , in their opinion. The loss definitely ate them up inside. The envisioned “dynasty” ended as fast as it started. If the hawks had won their second SB, they might have gone on and won another one or two, who knows? Instead the loss started the decline.
