PFF still graded him in the game in negative numbers, both at tackle at guard ( I believe it was -4.5 pass and -1.5 run). I don't understand the metrics they use but it's pretty accurate of play IMO. Comparing players in the same game against the same line. Bailey was all positive numbers.

Maybe they are thinking when LT,RT and C are back letting him stay at guard or work some sort of guard share?

Hey now, I never ONCE said the guy was a good anything but on THAT PLAY he was money. My brother(who used to be a big10 LT) said the dude should be playing guard but NOT tackle). He likes what he saw in Bailey though.

Move him back to guard and he will be a very valuable player on this team. I have absolutely no ill will towards him for his struggles at LT. He is not an LT, but he is obviously going out there and doing his best. There should have been a better contingency plan for Okung getting hurt.

I think the team got behind schedule for the offense line. Hopefully, Bowie and Bailey are getting their backup plan back on schedule.
