Listen to them all the time. I can already picture the response. Did you open with questions about his grandson?

Lack of national press coverage? The Seahawks are one of the most talked-about teams this year.

I face palm when I hear any fans call in and complain about the coverage/'disrespect' of their team by the media. Even seahawks fans.

Yeah, this. We've been snubbed in the past but it just isn't the case anymore. We get plenty of credit on the national scene.

Me too. The only thing that somewhat chaps my rear is when I'm waiting to watch the highlights of a game on NFL network and they'll spend an hour between the patriots, Broncos, and NFC east teams, and a literal 25 second clip on the Seahawks. Other than me just wanting to see my team's highlights, I don't really care. I think that it's healthier for the players too.

Agreed. Squeaky wheel gets the oil. So I called for fun.

I watch NWCN in the morning. May wanna start doing that. THey are on the web too. They usually show what is going on with PC and sometimes elaborate. Also is the PHONE zone after the games. I dont watch or listen to that as I am still on cloud nine after the games. :179417:
And prepare to watch the evening games. :34853_tinfoil:

It seems to me that a successful small market team will, at best, get as much coverage as a large market team that is stinking it up. This seems to be what keeps a broadcast network in business.

Who cares what they talk about?
I guess when Russell and company hoist the Lombardy in Feb., they'll have to acknowledge them!

I haven't expected a lot of coverage this year, the Seahawks have played a relatively uneventful schedule thus far. Coming out of the bye, the Seahawks will be the talk of the town with the Saints, whiners, and Giants on the schedule.

I turned on the TV and there was 2 hrs of queued NFL Network - I think there was literally about 30-40 seconds of coverage in that two hours. At least do a piece on AD vs. MoneyLynch - or Percy facing his old team and getting his first snaps of the season. Yet there's 5 minutes about Kaeperdink and whether or not it's his fault his stats blow this year - they put all the blame on the crappy WR's stepping up and he has nobody to throw to except Davis (who's in/out on injuries) and old man Boldin. Seriously - is that a leading story now??

No one cares about the Vikings.. thats why they're not saying much this week.

Post bye, we will be in the most talked about matchup in back to back weeks.

Some Seahawk fans whine too damn much.

Without doubt we are one of the most fashionable teams in the NFL and are talked about constantly.

Never understand why Hawks fans live with such a chip on our shoulders. If every media member isn't saying we're nailed on Super Bowl certs, we're not happy.

No way man. Our huge match up against the 2-7 Vikings deserves a minimum 6 hour pre-game show, with 5 hours and 59 minutes dedicated to the Seahawks or it means the entire world is against us.

While I absolutely love as much coverage as I can get for my seahawks, I'd rather things be the way they are than be all over Sportscenter for locker rooms full of bullying, mrca, or tebow.
