The league probably doesn't trust Seattle to beat the Rams with Mayfield since they barely beat Wolford and McVey has had Pete's number.

I don't hate the Packers franchise (despise Erin though) but damn it's hard to ignore how much the NFL is steering things this weekend for them to have an optimal outcome. Why are those games not being played at the same time?

There's a headline on NFL.com today: "Rodgers' future 'undecided' ahead of Lambeau finale."

I mean, what an attention-seeking douche bag. There is ZERO chance this guy isn't back playing for the Packers next season. You'd have to be a complete moron to think otherwise. I'm so sick of this crap every year.

Once a QB gets to a certain age, it becomes a perennial question. Rodgers was drafted only five years after Brady, and the press has been asking about when he'll retire since at least 2014.

It is a damn good ploy though. It gets his teammates playing hard in a let's get Aaron one last playoff run possibility. It also gets more viewers that hate Rodgers to want to see his last game if they lose to the Lions. I still hate him, but as an old school wrestling fan that got into the selling the storylines aspect more than anything, I respect it.
