Sat down with my fiancée, daughter and her boyfriend and watched live from the beginning. After the first play of the game with Shaheed’s kickoff return we were already screaming and bouncing around and knocking shit over just like that.

Within minutes I decided to take my BP meds early just to give me a safety buffer LOL!

I could spin prose for paragraphs but let’s just cut to the chase.

Your Seattle Seahawks are CLEARLY the best team in the NFL. I hope the Rams win tomorrow so we can finish the season the right and inevitable way. Slay that final dragon in our house.

I fear nobody right now. ANY team coming to our house next weekend fears us. Make no mistake about it.

I will be there in person to witness history once again.

Come join me at Temple and let’s ride this glorious wave together!!

I would so love to go to an NFC Championship win errrr game and meet up with peeps from here. I’m a tad jealous. Sadly that’s not in the cards but I hope you get to enjoy every second as much as tonight.

He’s a good kid! Thankfully. Super chill. Knows his football so we can talk for hours about the game if need be. He likes the Hawks but his affiliation lies with the Bears because of his pops growing up. I respect that.

So today we are all Bears fans and it will be fun to cheer them on with him. Of course, I fear neither team next Sunday but would love to see the Rams lose just because, well duh.

Plus, you will cheer with him knowing that our team has already punched its ticket to the NFCCG.

It will be so relaxing for you (but nerve-wracking for him) just kicking back and seeing who our next opponent will be.

So the real test, you said real chill, how did he react to the backfooted TD and the last interception? Most daughters whether on purpose or not tend to gravitate to someone like their father. Do you have stains all over your TV room from him celebrating with food or drink in hand, and does your TV still work after the interception? :)
