Chicago has had how long to decide who they're picking at number 1? What are they doing, sitting around and arguing about it still? Should take 10 seconds to make their decision.

They decided but the NFL has to milk it. I’ve read players in the past having agreed in principal to their contract at number 1 and still taking the while clock for the pick.
