What a weird assumption. For the record, I don't play fantasy football and I couldn't care less about fantasy football points.

How is commenting that Walker looked amazing rushing the ball today, while Charbs was completely ineffective "hating" on Charbs? That's what I saw in the game today. Do you disagree?

K9 - 103 yards on 20 carries for a 5.2 ypc average.

Charbs - 12 yards on 8 carries for a 1.5 ypc average.

I'm not understanding why you seemingly have a problem with people commenting on this.
Because your choosing to only understand what YOU WANT TO SEE in the thread that people are calling him a JAG. plain and simple. Throw stats around all you want to prove your point. But those calling him a JAG and want him gone already are f'n stupid, he's not here to take over K9's duties. Its a RB by a committee, he also had NO HOLES to get through like K9. K9 wasn't getting much in the first half with no holes either. K9 is the elusive back, Charbs is the Hammer back.

I dont get why your ass is chapped over this and trying to make it just about YOU when its not JUST YOU.

I'm seeing more insightful analysis than hot takes in this thread. In the interest of hot takes, here is one:

This game says more about Denver than Seattle and we should hold off on getting too excited until after we play a team that won't be picking in the top 5 next year.

The O line will hold this team back. They are a collective failure, and Grubb not adjusting sooner to slow down the pass rush is both concerning and frustrating

The offenses woes in the first half were worrisome. The defense played well. Tackling in particular was sound. Looking forward to next week.

Broncos won't win more than 2 games this year. Sean Payton is overrated and Nix was really bad.

Have to see the defense play against a competent QB but the D looks amazing. So fun to watch.

Kenny Walker, Tyler Lockett, and 2nd half adjustments to the rescue. There was a lot wrong with our offense in the first half, but they did have some bad field position to start off drives.

I loved the gang tackling, and just the tackling in general for much of the game. They actually looked like a unit.

The game's final score was closer than it should have been, all things considered.

The offensive line was and still is my biggest concern by a good measure. Especially in the pass-pro department.

I like what I see of our new coaching staff. No concerns as of yet.

Kickers did their job.

Mostly, it's good for our new staff to have real game tape to work with. It's going to be a work in progress, but this staff gives me the indication that they're open to doing anything to make the team better, and not waiting around to do so.

On to NE...

Jesus dude, calm down. No one said they wanted him gone.

You seem like you're looking for a fight. Good luck with that. I'm not interested.

Hot Take: The defense won't be that dominant. The offense won't be that bad.

It was an excellent first game for MM (Not a hot take).

Well, especially since it took him 2 full quarters of the his first game to make any kind of adjustment.

What a slacker

It's been a long time since we've seen that kind of tackling. There were very few yards after contact. And that's like everyone on D too. No slackers! Safeties tackling people!

I had to miss is because my daughter turns nine tomorrow on 9/9 and had her party tonight, which I was late to because my friggin' back bike tire blew up six miles into the 10 mile ride. Was also at my former in-laws house, where nobody likes me.

Happy to see we won though. Looks like the D showed up. Mafe and Hall were both guys I was kinda worried about, so that's good. Was hoping for a better day from my boy JSN. Hopefully his time is coming soon.

Weird game. Played so bad in the first half. Hard to say how the defense is because the Broncos are horrible and Nix is a rookie.

My hot take is the DL was underwhelming to me. Other won't agree but I thought Nix had to much time. Secondary on the other hand was so sticky.

How long before Haynes steps into a staring role at tackle.

Yeah I know it's one game but at no point did I miss Bobby out there on D

Weird game. 2 safeties? Backed up to our own 1 or 2 yard line twice? Those are things that probably won’t happen again this season, at least not twice.

I suspect the offense will improve but how much so depends on the OL. Once again we are juggling JAGS, trying to find a winning formula. I am tired of seeing Geno under duress the second he has the ball in his hands.

Hot take: Lockett finally makes the Pro Bowl this year.

The entire defense obviously played great, but I was especially pleased with the safeties covering those dump offs from Nix. There was very little Yac today. It has been a real problem in the past. Reminded me of KJ covering the flat.

I'm surprised there are Charbs stans. I'm not calling for him to be cut or anything, but watching him play, there really isn't anything all that special about him. Thinking back as some of our recent JAG backs in recent memory: Deejay Dallas, Travis Homer, Robert Turbin, Julius Jones, Jeff Moore, David Hughes... I don't see where he's really better than any of those guys. I agree with whoever said McIntosh start start if KW3 gets hurt again.
