As a long time season ticket holder, one of the things that has bummed me out since the start of Holmgren's last year was that we seemed to lose the enormous home field advantage that our stadium seemed to create. It just kind of lost the magic and luster of the '03-'07 seasons previous.
Pete Carroll and Russel Wilson have brought it back. Once again, when the National media speaks of Seattle it seems universally known as the loudest, toughest place to play in the whole NFL. The place that made Joe Gibbs almost cry after a playoff game because his QB "couldn't even be heard in the huddle" is back. The place that has made numerous visiting teams accuse us of fake noise is back.
Let's blow the roof off that place on Sunday night, and show the whole country their perceptions are valid. I want that place NFC championship loud. GO HAWKS!!!
