Charb's replacement will be the best available blocker who can also run. Blocking isn't Walker's strength and we'll need that against the Rams defense.

THIS.

An underrated skill of Charbs was his ability to Pass-Block.

We lost that when he went down with the injury.

Holani's pass-blocking is okay (if we go by PFF) but it's far better than anyone else we have at RB.

And as much as I would love to put Ouzts out there, it would be like putting out a Neon Sign saying "We are going to pass the ball!"

One of the pluses with Ouzts is we can put him out there with K9. Defenses have to have seen how we do at times run in obvious passing downs sometimes. That 3rd and 17 run for a first down by K9 proves that. K9 is also good at catching the ball out of the backfield which makes him an extra receiver. This leaves the FB to block where needed. This is just one of many ways we can use non RB blockers to help in those situations

With that said I do hope Holani is ready to go. We will still need a third running back from the practice squad but having Holani would certainly be a nice add on.

Ouzts ability to catch the ball may be a wrinkle we can exploit against the Rams, he can block and catch, slow getting started on runs but short yardage maybe. Jones may be better at that as he appears to be more of a natural power guy.

Velus has too many weaknesses (one of them being ball security) to just throw out there in a championship game.

Holani is the #1 replacement for Charbs, imo, and I hope he's ready to go.
