I mean the Cowboys traded him for a fourth and the Browns traded him for a third and a pick swap in the Bill's favor and the Bills were desperate and he played terrible and wasn't brought back.
He was shipped off quite a bit and for pretty low picks for a guy with that kind of production.
And he pretty clearly wasn't playing hard for the Browns.
Cooper has over 10,000 receiving yards, Lockett has 8,594 and they both came into the league the same year. The guy doesn't suck. If we can get him cheap, I'm all for it.

How about instead, I type "DYCANCB" in the comment section? As in, "Delete your channel and never come back".
I just looked to see if they did post a video with Cooper. They didn't, but sure enough they did for Clowney to the Seahawks.

Sorry but I do not see the value of adding Cooper at this point. You are going to be running a more "balanced" offense and using 2 TE sets more frequently. You have WRs under contract that can excel in the short and intermediate area. Adding Cooper to be the 3rd/4th player off the bench doesn't make sense as he isn't a burner. MVS is your only true deep threat so that is where the team needs to add another WR that can take the top off to help the other TEs, RBs and WRs to do their work underneath. This is because MVS has an injury history and the same with Kupp so the Seahawks need players that can provide depth but also provide skill sets that the team does not currently have in abundance.

Yep, both those guys used to be good.
And I and many here would take either of them if the price was right because they still have something to offer. You could say Cooper Kupp is in the same position but that didn't stop JS.

It's not a rumor. It's randominternetguyspeculation.

The source on the OP link is an SI page which should basically means AI thinks the Seahawks should sign Amari Cooper.
Is that randominternetguyspeculation. com, net or org? Because this is a website that could be fun. My bad. I just realized thats basically the entire internet in a nutshell. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Kupp at least showed he had something to offer when he was healthy last. Sure, he's a risk, but more players bounce back from injury than they do from a sharp decline.

Kupp brings leadership and professionalism etc to the team.
Amari seems like he quit on the Browns last year and again he has been shipped off for pretty cheap picks several times now. I think there is a reason for that.
You only need so many aging veteran WRs on the team. Kupp is that guy and tbh I wasn't thrilled about that signing but I'm fine with it just because he brings that leadership aspect that this team could use.

I feel the same way. I am indifferent toward Kupp but I think he does have value to team with a young JSN. But the team desperately needs to add a young guy that can be a solid duo with JSN long term. If JSN is destined to be a flanker or split end you need a young guy to step in opposite of him to be the flanker or split end on the other side.

So maybe a blue-chip WR at #18 if neither of the two TE's (Warren/Loveland) aren't there?

We don't know if Amari Cooper has had a sharp decline. The QB situation in Cleveland has been a joke and he clearly didn't mesh with Allen in Buffalo. Is this all because Cooper's skills are in decline or because he didn't have a stable QB situation last year? I think it's too early to call it either way and for the right price I'd be willing to take a flyer on the guy to find that out.
