I'm not a fan of Cooks, but my opinion aside, he's a very different player than Tate. That said, if we do draft him he will play in the slot and would likely return punts. We might use him on end around type plays and screens. His usage would be very similar, even though his traits are different.
As far as this article goes, keep in mind two things:
#1: PC/JS kick the tires on everything. There are dozens of WRs they would track so it's only natural that Cook would be one of them. It's not exactly a long trip from Seattle to Corvallis either.
#2: Because Cooks is a "local" college player at Oregon State, he will not count against Seattle's 50 prospect visit count this spring. I would expect Cooks to get a trip up to the VMAC in the next month, but I wouldn't make a huge deal out of it.
