Madden's #10 ranking is pretty funny because I'm pretty sure 99% of NFL fans who watched Super Bowl LX and the way Seattle shut the Patriots out into the fourth quarter wouldn't dream of ranking Seattle's D any lower than top 5.

Pretty sure EA Sports is Canadian...not sure I care too much about their American Sports rankings. They rate things by popularity anyway.

Is EA stupid, or are they just pretending to be? This has got to be some sort of ragebait or something. The only team on that list whose defense is arguably in the same stratosphere as Seattle's is Houston. Denver's close, but I still put Seattle & Houston above them.

Detroit? Pittsburgh?

And of course, they can't pass up the opportunity to glaze the Rams.

And just a couple days ago, I gave them credit for giving JSN a 99. At least they got that right. But to do that, and then this? SMH.

Maybe they created this ranking on the way they think it could end up at the end of this coming season, but there is no way it reflects what happened in the season just passed. Just more junk on the media fire.
