Good signing..
I notice people want Poona or Clark meh..
I want hungry players and people who fit in the 3-4.
Anyone forget we have Tyreke Smith whom we haven't seen yet.

What's the status on Bryan Mone? He had a complicated surgery for his knee injury, but it wasn't an ACL or anything like that. It would be nice to get his 345 pounds back on the D line.

What a great add. Reed can backup at nose tackle and play effectively at 5-tech. He did both last season quite a bit.

“He had a difficult surgery,” Carroll said last Monday. “We’ve got to wait and see. There was more stuff going on than we thought, he had some old stuff in there probably that was part of that. So he’s going to have a good battle to get back.

“I don’t know what the timeframe is on it, but it’s going to take a while.” https://seahawkswire.usatoday.com/2023/01/24/seahawks-bryan-mone-difficult-surgery-knee-injury/

.......................... I'm not expecting to see Bryan on the field in 2023.

Not arguing no, but you are framing an argument. By glossing over the conclusion of my post, you are missing my point. My "question" was a rhetorical statement, hence no question mark.

Could we find a place for Clark on the team? Sure. Would he sign a cheap contract to become a situational pass rusher here? Probably not.

Hawks already have a set of young situational pass rusher that are on rookie contracts. I am not sure there is a place for an aging pass rusher who disappears during the regular season and is not good against the run.
Your rhetorical question was "Not sure where Clark would fit in the 3-4 that Hawks are running."

Just admit you had no idea that Clark was a fit in a 3-4 and move on. 🤷‍♂️

Yes?

Because I posed a rhetorical question (which everyone should have been clear what the answer was)? Why you are taking a shot at me over a commonly held belief?

Why do you believe this to be true? Do you disagree with my assessment posted elsewhere in this thread?
Your assessment had nothing to do with him being a fit in the scheme the Seahawks are running though

It went from "Not sure where Clark would fit in the 3-4 that Hawks are running."

to

"Could we find a place for Clark on the team? Sure. Would he sign a cheap contract to become a situational pass rusher here? Probably not.

I was taking into account the roster composition when I made that statement.

It went from "Not sure where Clark would fit in the 3-4 that Hawks are running."

Which is why I clarified with the above. Do you disagree with that assessment? Or do you see Clark taking a discount to come be a rotational piece here?

Whatever bro, "Not sure where Clark would fit in the 3-4 that Hawks are running." sounds to me like you're questioning his fit in the scheme only

I thought it was clear, when you took it the wrong way, I clarified. What else can I do? Seems like you just want to be salty for some reason.

Frank Clark does not fit on the Seahawks. He dogs it in the regular season. Do you think Pete "Always Compete" Carroll is willing to bring in a player that dogs it in the regular season? The back and forth was entertaining though.

He called himself "the king"

That alone says hell no. But you're right, regular season, meh. He's way past his prime anyway.
