Has the Pro Bowl alternates been released yet?

Yeah, Sherman as first alternate was known pretty shortly after the initial release of the rosters.

Yep, that is how we know that Brandon Mebane is the 4th alternate for DT. Seahawks listed all their players that made the Pro Bowl along with all the alternates.

Clemons is a first alternate as well, I believe.
