Had a pretty good return day. 2 KR for 88 with a long of 65. And a run for 8 yds.

He must not have issues with the QB yet. The man is talented if he wants to fit in. 13 targets, with 11 catches is a pretty good performance. Will be interesting to see how the Jets used him. Would be of interest to see if they gave him LeSean Jackson type patterns. Seems like he should be able to do those with just his speed alone.

Nice to see he felt like playing hard and didn't take downs off for somebody else..

Let's hope he plays well enough to return to the Jets next season. It's the difference between a 6th round draft pick and 4th.

I think Idzik is getting fired and not sure the new GM will keep Harvin. One can hope the new GM thinks he is worth it.

What a bizarre twist should Schneider take the Jets job.

Ridding the Jets of Percy, he'd screw the Hawks not once, but twice, with the same player.

Yes, that was my weekly, obligatory shot at John Schneider. That's why he makes the big bucks and needs to take some heat until this mess is behind us. Pete and Bevell "begged for Harvin" but in the end, it was JS responsible for the trade ( despite the mountain of information suggesting it was a dumbass deal).

Hard to blame him for being upset in his role here. You see how generally poor we run WR screens, and that is the only way Seattle felt like using him apparently (be it Bevell or Pete, who knows). Wasn't watching the game but I saw his yardage pile up in Yahoo GameChannel. He had a couple catches early that were likely screens or line of scrimmage catches, and a late 46-ish yard catch, along with a couple other catches in garbage time. Everything else was of 5-10 yard gains.

I am definitely rooting for Harvin to produce--right up to when we collect that fourth round pick. It's not like he's gonna lead his team to the Super Bowl, or anything.
