Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, and someone probably already answered my question, but I can't find it...

How do out-of-state fans get WA Seahawks plates? Do I just need a PO box? Can I have a family member who lives up there register my car in their name? What's the process? I decided I need these plates right now...
