Good win vs good rival

Was hoping to see more positive posts this evening.

I thought the Seahawks did a great job today getting a solid W against a talented division rival.
21 second half points was promising, and it appeared they made some adjustments to take some of the heat off Wilson in the 2nd half.

All in all, the game wasn't fixed!

Hopefully they can carry this momentum into Thursday's showdown with the big tough Rams

The first half was familiar tripe, the second half was pretty good - and was closed out reasonably efficiently.

I'm not as sanguine as others on here, but I have to tip my cap - and I really enjoyed the play of:

Ryan Neal - though he did remarkably last year, and glad to have him back
Diggs - hard-hitting enforcing
Brooks - seeming to find his groove and grow

and on the offensive side of the ball

Carson/Collins - lovely 1-2 punch in the second half
Russell Wilson - loved the rushing score, and threw a few lovely trademark rainbows

Aside from my normal griping, I'm a little bit disappointed with Metcalf's development. He does not win half as many contested catches as you'd think he would given his size, and his hands aren't fantastic so far this year. He doesn't seem to time his jumps / track the ball like an elite WR1 yet. More to come from him I'm sure.

Carson/Collins - lovely 1-2 punch in the second half

Yes. I liked the combo. I don't know what we had for yards on the ground sunday - but I liked the look of the two - particularly Collins this game.

Whatever you think of Carson in general - if you haven't seen this, you need to. If you've lifted 'at all' - you will love this video:

CC is a beast. Period.

We came on slow last night - but honestly, I've come to prefer a slow ish start and a good finish instead of last season's bizarro season where it was the opposite - I know that sacrilege but I can't stand watching a 3 TD lead frittered away.

Oh, and yea, bring on the Rams!
