Well he was coming off of a knee injury and missed his senior year (or most of it). That's why he dropped. He probably shouldn't have dropped past round 3, but hey John saw him there at 5 and couldn't resist. So far it looks like a genius pick.

I love seeing "the young guns" get playing time as that would seem to indicate our team is doing very well. Quite a number got some serious PT in the fourth quarter Sunday, but a few got PT early in the game. That has to feel promising to them. Keeps team moral high.
