Rams look bad! But they will play their super bowl next week and pull all their tricks out of the hat. If the Rams went 2-14 but both their wins were against the Hawks it would be a successful season for fisher and crew. Probably even get an extension.

I think I'm rooting for the Rams in this one. I don't want Fisher to be staring at an 0-2 hole next week, that will put him even more into "this is our Super Bowl!" mode than usual.

I also think that SF has a chance to be a minor surprise this season. I don't think they are a big threat in the division, but it's conceivable they could end up at 9-7 and be a team around the periphery of the playoff picture. I'm not sure I feel that way about the Rams.
